Many people get joy from spending money – in other words, ‘retail therapy’. However, the important task is to re-evaluate what you want and why you want it. The concept blends perfectly into the minimize culture. If your heart does not desire it, then not having it won’t matter. But the reverse weighs heavily on your soul: if your desires run amok and you don’t have a sugar daddy or fat bank roll, you will agonize unnecessarily. Stop buying stuff you don’t need!
